You carry more than most people see.
Whether you are leading an organization, a ministry, or functioning as a high-achieving professional, the weight of responsibility is constant. Decisions affect others. Expectations are high. And there are very few places where you can speak openly without being filtered through your role.
This is a space where you do not have to lead.
Who This Is For
I work with leaders who are:
- Executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs
- Ministry leaders and pastors
- Professionals in high-responsibility or high-visibility roles
- High-achieving individuals who carry significant internal and external expectations
Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful, and respected. They are not falling apart, but they are carrying more than is sustainable alone.
What Leaders Are Navigating
Leaders often come in with concerns like:
- Burnout or the early signs of it
- Decision fatigue and constant pressure
- Difficulty setting or maintaining boundaries
- Isolation and lack of a confidential space
- Strain between work, family, and personal well-being
- The internal cost of always being the one others rely on
These experiences often exist alongside anxiety, depression, communication challenges, fear, past experiences that still carry weight, and questions of identity, direction, or meaning.
What makes leadership different is the context in which these challenges occur. Responsibility is constant. Expectations are high. Visibility requires discernment about where and how to process personal concerns. And there are fewer settings where the full weight of both leadership and personal realities can be explored without impact on role or relationships.
Over time, many leaders become highly effective externally while having limited space to fully process what is happening internally.
How I Work
My work is grounded in clinical psychology and over 20 years of experience, with a focus on the realities leaders face.
In our work together, you can expect:
- A confidential space where you do not have to manage perception or performance
- Direct, thoughtful clinical work that respects both your capacity and your responsibility
- Practical tools for boundaries, resilience, and sustainable functioning
- The ability to address both leadership pressures and personal concerns directly
- Integration of faith, if that is important to you
This is not general self-help or performance-focused coaching. It is clinical psychological care that addresses the underlying patterns, pressures, and experiences shaping how you lead and live.
Therapy Services
I provide individual therapy via telehealth for clients across 40+ states.
Sessions are focused, practical, and tailored to your specific context and responsibilities.
Resources for Leaders
In addition to therapy, I offer and develop resources specifically for leaders.
- Minister Well: 52 Tools for Ministry Leaders
- The Resilient Leader Toolkit (coming soon)
These resources are designed to support clarity, resilience, and sustainable leadership.
If you are carrying more than you have space to process, you do not have to continue doing that alone. – Dr. Heather Clark
